A squared frame in hand-polished acetate, with the brow falling away toward the nose. Silver arrowhead rivets at the corners, a five-barrel hinge, and hand-stitched nose pads. Quiet build, loud enough shape.

Why this one

• Translucent where it counts. GREEN, TORTOISE and SMOKE are see-through acetate with real depth in the rim. Hold them up and light goes through.
• Four lenses, four moods. Neutral grey, tea brown, bottle green and a pale honey you can actually see someone's eyes through.

145mm across the front with 145mm temples and a wide 21mm bridge. A 49mm lens by 34mm deep, so a compact, low-set eye. The wide bridge means it sits further down the nose than most, which suits a narrower face.
